Top Pop at both services. One of only three CU examples graded. Quite frankly this note seems to be a bit under graded as well. It is fully framed with perfect centering, boldly-contrasted printing, bright paper and eye appeal that is simply sensational. The name chosen for the Register, Hall, is a figment of the imagination as no one with that name signed authentic train notes.
