Type Ones only issued for this rather scarce Houghton County institution that closed its doors in 1934 during the throes of the Great Depression. A bright and clean example for the grade with VF being pretty much the nicest example known. Auction appearances are rare and we would expect the action to be fast and furious to obtain this prize since the next offering may be several years down the road.
