A great state from which to collect Nationals as there are many notes to obtain and many collectors to obtain them. There were only two issuing banks in the town with this one being chartered in 1890. While the $20s from this bank seem to float around, this denomination is a far more difficult note to obtain. Bright paper, excellent margins and non-contemporary signatures are seen on this note which very well may be destined for an advanced Texas collection.
