Fr. 587 $5 1902RS
Grade:
PCGS Fine 15
A wonderfully signed Red Seal note that is a lock for the VF grade when viewed from the front. The back shows a little more evidence of circulation but not much. Eleven notes are listed in the NBN Census. The doors slammed shut in March 1912 which explains why this a far tougher bank to locate. This same note sold for about $750 in a 2012 Stacks/Bowers sale and the market has valiantly charged ahead in the past year and a half.
Current Bid:
$ 600.00
Estimate:
($ 1,000.00 - $ 2,000.00)
