A very scarce fractional denomination note that carries this simple yet penultimate patriotic motto 'Independence'. Superbly signed and very crisp with excellent eye appeal. We have only seen one example recently in this grade; that was a PCGS Apparent XF 45 for $632.50 that sold in September 2011.
