PCGS notes a small repaired edge tear from the top margin and it is very difficult to see unless one looks closely. This note has spectacular black stamped signatures with great margins and bright paper surfaces. The census shows 13 $100's with this listed as XF which is not a real stretch. We sold this same note for $2,090 in 2001 and $4,140 in December 2008.
