A wonderful example of a legitimately scarce Fractional number which should not be confused with the commonly seen watermarked plain paper Fr. 1267. The Fractional cognoscenti always look at these notes with skepticism and conjure up mental images of where they see a watermark but it is not there. A pleasing VF that is well-deserving of the EPQ designation. The few times in recent years that these have appeared they have been in VF condition and sell for around $1,000. Tonight's offering should far exceed those dated expectations.
