A lovely example of this scarcer 3-Pound note that had a printing of only 6,250, multiples less than the other common denominations from this issue. A superb, near Gem note in every regard except for some trace rubbing on a couple of the corners. Newman values this at $1,500 in UNC which makes this gorgeous AU just a little less.
