Two full cutting guidelines are seen on this first issue wide margin specimen that is found in a fairly atypical grade. The paper for the 10c and 50c First Issue specimens was a lot thinner than that of the 5c and 25c specimens and therefore it is far less common to find ultra high grade survivors.
