NJ-95 6 Shillings June 22, 1756
Grade:
PCGS Apparent Abt. New 50
Most every denomination from 1 Shilling up to 15 Shillings is common since these survived in sheet form, all that is except for the 6 Shillings note. PCGS notes damage, piece at top right replaced and redrawn which is certainly true but well executed. This note is serial #252 and its consecutive note, #253, sold at the FUN sale earlier this year. That note graded PCGS Apparent VF 35 and brought $690. This is by far the highest graded example we have ever encountered and are patiently awaiting it to cross the four-figure mark.
