We have only encountered a few other pieces of this scrip, issued by President Hailey for this as well as his other outposts in Haileyville and Krebs, Indian Territory. Stamp dated February 6, 1909 and signed boldly by President Hailey. We have only found auction records for a couple of third-party graded examples.
