Full treasury rectangle. The last time this note appeared was at the 2006 Central States sale where it was graded VF and realized $488.75. PCGS has correctly noted that there is minor internal damage at the right and that there is a treasury rectangle overprint on the face. These are much more common on the lower denomination notes but quite scarcer on the 25 cent note. Usually there is just a sliver of the rectangle but in this instance the entire stamp is present and that makes this a rare item.
