Another lovely Colonial rarity that is Top Pop at PMG for the entire series since it is the only 1783 New Jersey note they have had the pleasure to grade. There are some minor tape repairs and reconstruction that has caused the net grade. Well signed by Ewing and Mott with good detail throughout. This note hails from the early Confederation period and they were withdrawn from circulation within a year. A year ago, the Newman note of this same denomination, graded PCGS Apparent Fine 15, sold for $3,290. We would expect much the same here tonight.
