Not a scarce district but quite unavailable in such lofty grade. PMG has seen a handful at this level and only one better out of about 250 total notes. Recent auction results have shown the market to be as strong as it has been in years; we just saw a PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ bring over $750 and this lovely piece is easily its master.
