A challenging Sullivan County bank that was the only note-issuer in town. While Type 1 notes appear on the market occasionally, the story is entirely different with their Type 2 cousins. There is a serial #1 $5 sheet that sold several years ago for over $5,000. Aside from that sheet, there are only a quartet of Type 2 notes, none of which have landed on the auction scene until this year. A problem free note that falls just a little short of the full VF grade.
