Quite a rare New York City Proof with this being the only one we can recall. Printed on India paper only and graded Ch. CU at the very least; perhaps PCGS mistook one of the vertical lines printed into the paper as a fold but it isn't. A very unusual allegorical design of George Washington at left, bare-chested and holding a fasces-bound group of arrows. An incredibly rare Obsolete Proof worthy of the finest of collections as there likely won't be another appearance for many years to come.
