A fresh and original example of the rarest of all the Black Eagles. A bright and eye-appealing note that has been quarter folded. The Fr. 229a notes were only produced at the tail end of the Fr. 229 run, and only with prefix letter "Y", making them very rare and in demand. Most are tightly held. This is a very nice one.
