The surcharges on the back are the same as a regular issue Fr. 1321 note....."R-2-18-63." It is well margined on all sides with a bright bronze oval at the center, covering the middle of the red back design. A rare note with only a couple or so known and of particular interest due to the fact that it is uncancelled.
