A very scarce note with only nine known in large size. A bank that did not last too long as there are only Third Charter large and Type 1 small notes. Located up in western Maryland in Garrett County. We sold a $5 note, grading Fine, for $2,420 back in 1999. We would not be surprised to see a similar result this evening when one considers the $10 note is much scarcer and the 1999 market was far weaker.
