Grade:
PCGS New 62
A scarce Lighthouse note but particularly so in CU grade. These notes were issued for the construction of the Cape Henlopen Lighthouse which guided ships safely into Delaware Bay. Signed by Coates, Charles Wharton and Wishart. Lighthouse design on reverse inverted as always. Huge margins and great centering for just a '62' graded note and it would not surprise us to see this eye-appealing Colonial prove our estimate conservative.
