A reasonably late-chartering bank that issued small size only. There is absolute rarity and there is condition rarity - this blessed note has both. One of only two known small size examples with the other a Fine note that was sold over 20 years ago. The Wilcox National was the only note issuer in this Elk County town. A bright and colorful example with a modicum of light folds accounting for the assigned grade. A really special note destined to land in a highly advanced Pennsylvania collection.
