This is the most difficult type to find of the Second Issue Wide Margin Specimens. This is an outstanding example, with stark white paper, original embossing and margins wide enough to include a touch of a frame line at the top and side. The single distraction is that a small drop of a foreign matter had adhered to the paper above the design before printing. The pressure from the plate embossed it though to the back. The material has since fallen away and only a spot remains. A very scarce note from the O'Mara Collection.
