This must be the best AU in history as both PCGS and PMG called it exceptional (EPQ & PPQ), but AU. I studied it and cannot figure out why, but they seem to be the flavor of the day, so I dont want to mislead you. This will certainly be one of the best possible notes for the grade, but I still dont agree. What a beautiful note at a great price. Bid on it! Graded Abt. UNC 55 EPQ by PMG.
