I believe they think there is a soft corner on this note, and I suppose it may not be perfect, but I think it is awfully harsh to grade something, from a run like this, less than UNC. I am sure it will bring a price that relates to the rarity and overall appearance. Graded Abt. UNC 55 EPQ by PMG.
