Grade: PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ
I really think this ornate back 1890 $10 Treasury should be graded "65", but I don't run the grading companies. Probably the other company will, but I didn't try. This is a lovely, original, well centered note and offers great value. Graded Very Ch. New 64 PPQ by PCGS.
