This is the elusive non-Silver Dollar Back variety with the Tillman/Morgan signatures. Graded '64 EPQ' by PMG makes it the only note they have graded with this designation, and there are only four '65s' and eight '66s' listed. This example is as pure as the driven snow and the centering is very nice for the grade.
