A beautiful, scarce and early type note that last appeared in a 1990 CAA sale. This note is PMG graded 64 EPQ and for this type, issue and sheet size I cannot imagine why it's not Gem. I can only imagine that the only notes that will qualify as Gems will be top or bottom notes from the sheets. I believe that this note will bring a strong price based on its quality as it has excellent centering along with great color and paper quality. Graded Ch. UNC 64 EPQ by PMG.
