A gorgeous example of one of the most desirable of all the "General" notes. This is one of only eight graded so high, and there are only three graded higher. If quality is what you want then this note is a premium example for your collection. This Rosecrans/Nebeker signature combination is three times scarcer than the Tillman/Morgan examples, per the PMG POP report.
