This is another Friedberg number that is scarcer than many realize. The note has all the attributes of a top quality piece, from deep embossing to great color and a bright bronze overprint. A couple minor handling marks are not enough to demote the piece to Ch. CU, but only the width of the front margins are a question mark. I'll be conservative and call the note Ch. CU, but keep in mind, the grading services could easily disagree.
