The brightness of the paper and vibrancy of the light green seal are just what collectors want in a note of this grade. This is a scarce series and is currently on the want list of several collectors. There are a few minute splits in the top margin that have remained clear of the design and are revealed only under the closest scrutiny. Also, to be totally accurate, the upper left corner was barely kissed by a piece of tape, leaving just a sliver of residue. Neither problem is significant, or even that obvious, and this note is too hard to find for them to affect the price. Completely original.
