This bond, in beautiful mint green ink on the front, features Thomas Jefferson and the Torch of Liberty, along with a red Treasury seal and nine coupons attached at the bottom. Cocoa-brown ink on the back with a beautiful vignette of Liberty with the Scales of Justice. The bond has been lightly "skinned" on the upper right side front and upper left side back. Facsimile signatures of Teehee and McAdoo.
