Maroon seal Liberty cap. Maroon seals are generally the scarcest of any of the Georgia seal colored notes. The current example appears to be lightly circulated and with superb eye appeal. Generally, when scarcity and condition collide the price realized shoots to the stars. Newman values this at $7,500 in XF and we are not sure that he's wrong.
