This elusive Orangeburg County bank was liquidated in 1930, having produced just Blue Seals and a few sheets of small size. Notes must have been quickly redeemed as no small notes have surfaced to date and just twelve large notes are known. Fortunately, this new find is a nice one. Just a few flecks of rust must be mentioned. Six different notes were offered between 2000 and 2006, and then nothing until now. I'd say the market is ready for another.
