Grade: PCGS Superb Gem New 67 PPQ
The $5 North Africa is probably the most difficult of the three denominations to obtain with the kind of margins we see on this example. One look at the POP Report confirms this. Three notes have been graded "67 PPQ" and one "68 PPQ", yet there are 17 pieces in "66 PPQ".
