I can safely say this is the rarest and most desirable small size star we will be offering in this 2015 IPMS auction. Cleveland was the only district to print stars for that short series as the signers tenure was only 13 months during a temptuous time for the Treasury Department and government during the throws of the Depression. Ogden L. Mills, was Secretary of the Treasury and Walter O. Woods, Treasurer of the U.S. The note is higher either shown in Track & Price. There have been two notes publicly traded, a PCGS VF 23 at $10,925 in June 2013 and a Ch. CU at $53,625 in January 2000. This note is a Gem New 65 PPQ and should remain the heart stopper for the series for some time to come. This will definitely make its new owner 'see stars'>
