This district has a large following of collectors so notes from here normally see a lot of support. This pleasing example should be no exception. PCGS has mentioned a minor restoration at the top right, but it sure is hard to see. It looks like there might have been a short split in the margin only. Except for that, this note has a lot to like. Certainly nicer than the Lasiter Collection example we sold last November for $3,160 +.
