A broad margined Gem that appears to me that it could have been graded higher based on the centering, as the margins are superb and the color and paper quality wonderful. There are only 71 serial numbers reported, with 11 claiming to be UNC. This is a POP 1 with a '65 EPQ' and the only other UNCs graded by PMG are '64'.
