A gorgeous Gem and the finest known for this Friedberg number as best I can tell. Even though the census shows 403 serial numbers reported, only 15 claim to be uncirculated. This POP 1 is a fresh and well centered Gem, and there are only two other PMG UNCs reported. The best grade Rickey had was a '45 PPQ'.
