Here is a case where the ink ran dry for the green overprint. Only the last two digits of the serial number are barely visible. This error surfaced at a St. Louis coin show in the mid-1990s, right after the notes were printed. They were originally available at $50 each, if memory serves. They were well dispersed within a week.
