The $20 Hawaii in Gem is a very underrated note. The number of truly uncirculated $20 Hawaiis pales in comparison to the lower denominations, and as time goes on, the POP reports will reveal that fact. This example is outstanding in nearly every respect. A slight shift in the design is all that prevents this note from being one for the record books.
