This is a nice looking, problem free $5 First Charter with excellent signatures, a cool title for Pennsylvania and blue end paper. There are only five large notes reported and this is only the second public offering that I can find. This is one of the earliest government numbers I have seen - #A9854 - sheet #4354. This is a rarity!
