The New York and Chicago districts are considered common for this short series, and even those notes are becoming difficult to buy in Gem CU grades. That makes this far more rare Cleveland note very special. Once you get this D-A block only the E-A remains. (The F-A block is unreported). There are far more buyers for this Cleveland note than there are pieces to go around. Graded Gem New 65 PPQ by PCGS.
