Serial #2s are no longer released by the BEP. They are replaced with star notes to check quality assurance, making earlier examples (such as this) under escalating demand. It would be difficult to imagine a 'fresher' example. Everything screams originality: the paper, the inks, embossing. Hammer should fall midway in the estimate range.
