This is a perfect example of what John Hickman used to say: "It looks like the bankers were runnin low so they put some more water in the ink." This note makes 24 large notes in the census, with this being the 12th $10. There are only third charters reported, even though the bank was chartered in 1883. The bottom margin appears to have been hand-torn.
