This note from the state capital is a perfect Fine with excellent stamped signatures of C.H. McKellips and C. Washburn. Is this really a territorial with the 1907 plate date or was this issue printed after statehood with the same plate date? The double serial numbers certainly indicate a later printing date, around 1922 I think. I will try to figure it out before the sale and let you know for sure. This note seems to be new to the census. There is a tiny split in the bottom and the top could have more margins. From the Huntoon Collection.
