This Stevens County bank has just seven small notes reported and this is the first public offering I find. This Minnesota bank went out in June of 1931. It's another of those banks where high grades elude us. The President, I.S. Large of this bank was also president of the Rock Valley, Iowa banks with Frank Large signing as cashier on the Iowa bank. Also signed by A.F. McKellar, Cashier.
