A most attractive Philadelphia $10 Red Seal that is well into the top 20% of the notes listed, and seventh out of 49. The quality is exceptional. I'm sure I have called many notes AU that were no better than this beautiful example. It's been many years since a higher grade has sold publicly, probably since 2001. Graded Ch. XF 45 by PMG.
