A nice looking note that is well centered and is arguably the third finest small size note known on this popular (infamous?) bank. The consignors says, "The butt of many jokes, pun intended. Luckily there are more than 20 known to go around." Bank officer signatures include President A.M. Elvebak and Cashier B.A. Talle.
