This is a gorgeous example of a Fr. 95b new series and the March 1863 date with the new back design. The quality is absolutely outstanding without flaws of any kind visible. This makes it superb in our eyes as it is completely original. In our 2005 sale we initially had this listed as a Fr. 95a.
