This note has an obstruction caused by a piece of different paper stock having adhered to the original note. Most of the seal and serial numbers are on the piece of heavy stock. Errors of this type are, without a doubt, some of the rarest and most unusual ever to be generated by the BEP. We have handled very few in our auctions. Graded Ch. UNC 63 by PMG.
